Sights and Sounds Video of American Flag Rugby
This video introduces youth and parents alike to the sights and sounds of American Flag Rugby. Developed for American kids, AFR brings the game to American families through summertime recreational programs that emphasize fun, fitness, and teamwork.

Four progressive age groups introduce age appropriate skills as players move from K thru the grade school years. Rugby: more exciting than baseball, more fun than youth soccer and flag football, more inclusive than lacrosse, and way safer than football. Bring Rugby to your community!
